This is the high base version pistol bullet which I have always found much harder to find

Is it just me or does this look like a Tennessee state seal

This bullet looks to be a heelcast bullet…the heelcast mark can be seen in both photos

the nose is rounded & the solid base is smooth

Notice the heavily eccentric small cone cavity
